We offer teaching from complete beginners to Masters level in the comfort of our own home and also at Swarthmoor Hall which is a beautiful Elizabethan manor house in the Lake District.
Courses at home last two full days.
Residential Courses run from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
All refreshments and lunches are provided. Also attunements, manuals, CDs and certificates.
Kathy and Kevin Rowan-Drewitt are both Reiki Masters and experienced, qualified teachers of adult education.
Usui Reiki Healer
Reiki 1 enables you to heal yourself, heal your friends and family and send out healing to the Planet. We teach Reiki one as a two day course in small groups of between 4 and 6 people. You will learn what Reiki is, how it works, the hand positions for self healing and healing others and discuss ethics, touch issues and the five Reiki principles as part of your coursework. You will receive your first attunement which 'switches on' your natural healing ability. There will be practical, hands on work also. The course fee includes all teaching, handouts, attunements, your certificate and lunches.
The fee for Reiki 1 is Fifty Pounds at our home
or from One Hundred and Fifty Pounds as a Residential student at Swarthmoor Hall.

Usui Reiki Practitioner
Reiki 2 enables you to offer your services as a qualified practitioner and equips you to send long distance healing as well. This is also a two day course in a small group of 4 to 6 people. At this level you receive attunemnent which switches you to a 'higher voltage' of healing capability. You will be taken on a guided meditation to meet your Reiki guide and learn the Reiki Practitioner symbols which enable you to heal mind, body and spirit. There will be practical hands on work as well as discussion relating to healing and your role as a healing practitioner. The course fee includes all teaching, handouts, attunements, your certificate and lunches.
The fee for Reiki 2 at Swarthmoor Hall is £175 for early bookings or £200 for later bookings.
Usui Reiki Master
Master Healer and Teacher
Reiki 3 is the highest training in Reiki. It qualifys you as a Usui Reiki Master which enables you to offer your services as a Master healer and teacher of Usui Reiki. This is also a two day course in a small group of 4 to 6 people. You will be taught to attune others at this level and be given an understanding of how the pathways of Reiki energy move in the body. You will be taken on a guided meditation to meet your highest Reiki guide and learn the Reiki Master symbols. There will be practical work and guidance to help you in your new role of Reiki Master and teacher. The course fee includes all teaching, handouts, attunements, your certificate and lunches.
